Raisin Cupcake

This is the 3rd post of teaching to bake in consequently due to the CNY is approaching!

1st of all, cakes really need a lot of eggs...
And this raisin cupcakes need 12 egg yolks and 6 egg whites...

10/12 egg yolks

Specialize butter for cakes

Beat the butter

Then...
Beat the egg whites and sugar...

Beat until even you overturn it, it won't fall =D

In the other end, add in the additives for the raisin so that it'll float in the cupcakes...

Pour in the baking flour and egg yolks

Beat it evenly...

Then add in the butter (beated earlier)

And also pour in the raisins to the mixture...

It will looks like this!

Put the paper cup in the tray...

Add some chocolate chips topping or sugar craft as you like

The put in the oven until it turns to golden color! ^.^

Have you noticed there's some nicely cupcakes and some out of shape cupcakes?
It's because, the one we used specialized tray for cupcakes, it won't flow our of shape during baking!
As compared to, we just put the paper cup to normal tray, during baking it'll just went out of shape...
Yea... That's a new thing I learned this time =)

Almost all the cupcakes were done...
There's too much raisin left...
So we can't continue bake anymore cupcake...
So we turned it into fruit cake!

Tada!

And the last round of beautiful cupcakes...

As long as, you bake it with you heart, you'll success in the process of baking...
Even you failed, but in reality you doesn't failed because you learned something new!
