Houses in progress

Last 2 week, after we came back from Singapore, me and my sis were too free...
So we went to see our future houses...
1st we went to Palazio Service Apartment beside Austin Boulevard...
My sis, bro and aunts bought few units there...
It's a good investment...
It's a studio house from about 500 sq ft..
Price range as low as 100k...
As for the location, it's near to Pandan Hospital, Tebrau City Jusco and Tesco and also Ikea (coming soon)...
Seems like i'm doing advertorial here...
No no... Because it was totally SOLD OUT!

Ok let's look at the progress...

Both of the 1st phase is only up to 5th floor and in the process of the 6th floor...

After that we headed to Adda Height Maple Red...

They started to plaster the external column and wall

The extension of toilet wall tiles are in process too

The kitchen's door was believed they did mistakenly for the door knob... Probably they'll change another 1?

Master bathroom tiles changed (we requested the developer to change)

Middle bathroom of upstairs, tiles were extended to ceiling as well...

The car porch area... This place is most suitable for shoe racks and stuff

These photos were taken 2 weeks ago...
So I guess the progress now are much different too...
And most probably will get they key by April or June?
A little bit of renovation at kitchen do be done and some customize stuff...
Can we make it before September to move in?
